86 4 runner interior and rear cargo lights not working

For some reason the interior and utility lights do not work at all.
I have popped the covers checked the bulbs and the fuse for the lights. Both the bulbs and fuses are good.
I have no voltage at all to either one of the the overhead or utility lights in the back with the door open or the switch on.

All other lights on the 4 runner work but these stupid lights.
I am stumped anyone have a clue?

Ok got the rear cargo light working but the overhead interior light is still dead.

Ummm nevermind... The solution was simple. Just because a bulb or fuse looks good doesn't mean it is... So long story short blown fuse and blown bulb. It's fixed I'm happy.
