SO I got all injectors rebuilt, flow balanced, new screens o' rings grommets and all that. The cold start injector as well. Still have a pressure leak...
BUT got a bit of progress done, today. I remove the Idle Auxiliary Control Valve and adjusted the opening via the little nut behind it, since I never had high idle on cold starts and its much needed here since winter is coming.
I did swapped the IACV before but never really paid attention to that adjusting screw... First picture is after adjusting and the second one before adjustment.
Also uploading picture of the injectors job;
VIDEO OF TRUCK STARTING AT RUNNING TEMP. WITH NEW PLENUM INTAKE GASKET, EGR GASKET, ALL INJECTORS REBUILT, FUEL RAIL ULTRASONIC CLEANED, FPR TESTED:
I have the Toyota Service Bulletin VOLUME 10 in front of me thats says to;
Swap Switch Temp. No.2 from 89428-28030 to 89428-26020 and to change Switch, Start Injector Time from 89462-30011 to 89462-20050 (This last one I already did)
BUT My QUESTION IS Where the hell DO I swap the problem of condition 1 ? On my Thermostat housing I do not have that switch.

First your maybe over invested in this tsb fixing your issue without actually testing the system. Check when your TSW closes, check when the VSV switches, bypass the VSV..
Talk to your parts counter rep, odds are neither of these parts are still available from the dealer. There is at least one source of temperature switch that Google should turn up, its been awhile since I looked so I can give you a specific keyword search but it's out there.
... I've never had this issue mine fires just fine regardless of heat soak with the only variable being low cranking amps. When the starter doesn't spin quickly it fires on the first Rev of the crankshaft, if the starter spins quickly it fires a little later, which is due to the fuel pump not having time to pressurize the system.
For the record, I do a lot of researching online and offline. I went to the dealership for the 26020 Switch and discontinued. The PREV P/N is $10.33 online, at the dealership it was $245.
I also didn't test the switch because I presume the hot soak problem described in the bulletin is the same problem I have. The engine will shake and stumble badly after a hot soak and the rpm drops If I don't give it gas.
This is pretty much the only part I haven't swapped on this truck. Also the switch will turn 35 years this april. A little refresh could be good for the system. Anyways I did find replacement part number but not absolutely sure;
You said early in the post that a "Toyota " mechanic installed your TPS...
that doesn't mean he knew what he was doing. The TPS HAS TO BE SET PROPERLY...
I'd verify that it is...
If your not comfortable doing it, you can take it off and send the throttle body and OEM TPS to Jerry at 22re performance and he'll set it for you.
