Well I joined this forum cuz folks my next step is the looney bin !! I have a 86 1 ton. It's my farm truck and best vehicle I've ever owned.....Starts righ up , Runs great , then when it gets to temp all bets are off....misfires at steady speed (not when accelerating) , runs rich , ecl blinking erratic.
checked codes ...gave a o2 sensor and temp sensor.....replaced both and no change. good compression, full tune up , head done a year ago. No vacume leaks ,injectors a year ago. Module is the original and a weird one (72-1188 cordone but still has original Yota module) I'm out of ideas. Oh , wiring harness 3 yrs old no shorts.
