Can I use a 5 speed out of a 2000 4runner with the 3.4 on a 94 4runner with the 3.0 if I swao the transfer cases.

not really. it'll bolt up to the engine, however the throwout fork is on the oposite side. Also the transfer case simply wont swap over you'll need an adapter.

 

if he had the 3.0 with a manual to begin with he should be able to just swap over the bellhousing to retain the stock clutch fork location. Im pretty sure. but yeah I think your gonna have to get an adapter and a gear driven case instead of the chain case.

 

Just to clarify I have a transfer case off of a 92 5speed out of a 4runner would I still need an adapter for this.

just use the 3.0 5sp.. it bolts right up.
