I have an 89 4runner and I accidently backed into a mailbox. Now, my rear window wont go down. I tore apart the rear trim and found the connector for the license plate lights and the key switch to be jamming up and causing the window to not go down. Does anybody know where the connector attaches to? I has a blue holder on the connector, but the holder is broken.

I found a guide on 4crawler, where he mentions that he zip-tied the connector to the door frame, but im trying to figure out exactly where so that I don't damage the wiring or the connector.

easiest way to access that is to crawl in the back of your runner with the tailgate cover off, Roll the window up and you will have quite a bit more access. I am not sure exactly where he zip ties it, but should be apparent with the tailgate cover off and window up.
