I have links to 3 different pairs of "Altezza" style or "Euro" style.

Toyota Surf Lexus style lights
The Lexus style Clear Tail Lights are the easiest and quickest way to give the rear end of your vehicle a distinctive look.

Styled to be similar to the very popular Lexus rear tail lights, a dramatic yet easy addition to your vehicle.

Designed to fit Toyota Hilux Surf 1990 -1995 models.

These are the style i have on my 4Runner right now, but i would like to go to the Lexus style soon.

They are, but they add such a unique look to a 2nd gen.

The pickup lights attach to the bed with 4 screws, which go through the outer cover. 2 on each side, one top one bottom.

the 4Runner taillights attach via 2 bolts, sideways facing outward (depending on your definition), which screw into two nut plates on the taillight. The outer attachment points are studs held in by pressure clips. If your welding skills are up to par, you could make some attachment points, but by the time you are done messing with that trying to make it fit, you can get the actual 4Runner lights.

Btw, What is a hood scope?

A hood scope is a visual aid in helping direct where you want your rig to go, by attaching it to the hood. Much better than using, say a hood ornament. Think of it like a scope on a rifle.
