Nice work.
You definitely need the power accessories to complete that. If you can live with having more switches than you need on the door, just pull all the wiring, regulators, switches, armrests, etc. from a 4Runner, and then you just have to find door panels from an SR5 truck. If you do this though, you might not be able to hook up the power locks because the 4Runner wiring harnesses aren't long enough to get to the solenoid location on a truck. Of course, you could splice in some wires to extend the harness. Anyway, I have done this on my truck, minus the power locks. I don't really care about power locks though; I was more interested in the windows and mirrors. Its one of the more satisfying mods simply because its so evident every time you get into the truck. It's a lot harder to see your new gears and reworked suspension components on a daily basis. If you get the stuff to do the conversion and you need any help, let me know.
I myself need the SR5 seats and center console now. They don't come cheap, and there isn't a big supply here in Alabama.
