I am having an issue with my 3vze and need some help. I did a motor swap and the motor runs it ran fine before swap. At wot it falls flat on its face. But only when going up hill. I had a Toyota mechanic look at it and he found a few issues, but nothing that can fix the main issue. timing is dead on perfect, no vacuum leaks. Tps is good to go. Any one that has anything I can try please help.

Try fuel pressure either pump or regulator, O2 sensor maybe?
