4" IFS lift found

I was at a local pick and pull today and found on a 2nd gen pickup a 4" IFS lift complete. So in the morning I am going back to get it (shocks, steering stabilizers (2)spindle mounts (between upper and lower balljoint) and cross member drop brackets. I think the name was trail tech - something like that. So I have 4 questions....

1. Has enyone heard of this lift? (that's what's on the shocks and stabilizers)
2. Do I need the flexlines? (are they longer)
3. Can I have the yard just cut the bolts and replace them for ease of removal?

4th and most important... What can I do to lift the rear of my 91 Runner to match or be slightly higher?

Thanks for any help....

Couple different ways you can go. The Add-A-Leaf system, re-arcing your leaf springs, aftermarket leaf springs, or blocks. It's up to you. You'll have more flex with aftermarket leaf springs, so that'd get my recommendation.

Get you some LC coils for the rear, panhard drop bracket, longer shocks, and extended brake line for the rear to match the front. The LC coils give about 4" of lift. Someone will chime in for the years of LC coils to use. Check the stuff for sale in the classified section...alot of guys selling them.

i had 2 short side LC coils and they were not enough lift... if you do LC coils try to get 2 Tall side coils. or do spacers.

OME 900 will not give you 5 inches of lift. The 900 and 901's are different by stiffness. I put 900's on my old 92 and this is more of a levelling spring like the downeys, and not 5 inches.

Correct...only 1.5-2" of lift. The 901's are stiffer and made for towing and such...

I'm thinking that maybe a rear leaf swap is the way to go... My wifes cousin builds mud trucks and was ranked 2nd in Ontario, so I know he can help with the swap. Would doing the 53" Chevy swap be too much lift or just about right? Thanks for the help so far....

OK I got the lift (It is a 4" trailmaster) but couldn't get the diff drop brackets... So now my question is How much do I need to drop the diff to bring it within acceptable tolerances?

Here is what I got for $30 Spindles, Stabilizers , Asin Hubs, and bumpstops.... Aisns remind me... The 6 little bolts on the dial. They were lost by someone who tried to take the hubs. So can anyone tell me the size, or do I just goto Toyota nd get them? Thanks for the help....

Now I know what you are going to say.... The bottom stabilizer is bent. Answer - yes it is but the top one is way better than the stock one, and I can always get another...

What I have of a 4" trailmaster IFS lift....

OK, I guess no one has an answer to my question... So I guess the answer is go back on my next day off and get the diff lowering brackets... I guess I'll try. I guess I'll need some help... OK done. But my next question I already asked, but didn't get an answer. So I'll re-ask - I located a source for two 476mm LC coils. So I am wondering what the stock coils on my runner should have been? I wanna know this to see if the coils will get me close or not... Thanks...

coil to leaf swap over

i have a simple enough question - i have a 94 4x4, 5 speed. IFS & coil rear. i'm thinking of swapping over to leaf in the rear. from what model or year or other vehicle would i want to go? or is there a simple enough package that will bolt right in?
