3VZE torque

I read here a lot and get and usually find the info I need. I have a 94 Toyota motor home. It is simply a 93 Toyota cab and chassis with a 3VZE motor and automatic. I am replacing the timing belt, water pump and such.

For the upper (#2) idler pulley I can find no torque values?? This is the large one on top with 4 bolts. Anyone know what the torque should be, or where to find it?

Any and all input greatly appreciated. Jim

13 ft-lbs. Its in the cylinder head section and not the timing belt section where you think it should be.
