37 mtrs on.

The day has come at last. 5 years in the making

when i first bought the truck,

bent frame, 30" Marshall MT's, no exhaust, bad running motor. Still fun =)

Got a donor frame, restored it,

Balljoint spacers, 31's, Truetrac in the rear axle, chromoly axle shafts, Disc Brake Conversion, Motor has new Head and 260 cam, New exhaust - Magnaflow muffler, 94 4Runner Limited bucket seats, Pioneer Stereo, 88' Clinometer, Sr5 cluster, CB, green interior light theme

Solid Axle Swap,

5.29 in the rear right now, will install 5.29's in the front in a few weeks when i have another free weekend.

37x12.5 r15 Wrangler MT/R

P.S. I have 4 - 33x10.50 r15 BFG MT KM2's forsale $500. Basically brand new, only put 1200 miles on them since i installed them, new, end of July. Lacey, WA

it has a 2" body lift as well... and TG's 3" lift is more like 5.. fyi

i have 2" blocks in the rear, 6 or 6.5" shackles, dont remember and my own concoction for the springs. Almost 5" of lift in the rear and it's still a tiny winy bit lower than the front.

and my front springs have settled haha

I don't think it'd be worth the effort. You'd find em for what it'd cost you to ship these, locally.

I paid $700 new and that was a good deal! from 4wheelparts

thanks for all the compliments guys! I'm really excited about this rig now! =) Been a long time in the making!!!!

don't know yet, haven't had a chance to flex it and see where i need to trim/cut. I dont have 4wd right now, 4.10's still in the front axle. Won't have a weekend free to do those gears for a few weeks. I'm anticipating some cut'age on the rear of the sliders and possibly tubbing of the front firewall. but overall dont see much noticeable trimming to be done.

It look like you will need to cut the back of the rear fenders.

Looks gooooood. Reminds me of the ST2.0 pre-flatbed and rollover. That's it you sold me, gonna build another p/u...

The body lift must die! And I agree, you'll definitely need to trim the rear fender.

Back when it was on the old 35 mtr's nowhere near full stuff:

Trimmed probably 2-3" off the rear, flexed much better...

Really nice truck. Is that a paint job, or did you just clean up the original paint?

How many hours would you say it took to swap everything? Did you have a special hoist to get the body off the old frame?
