Those tires look good.
dont waste your time on the AT's! .. These ride soooooooooooooooooooooo nice and are completely silent. Might as well get your money's worth and go with the KM2's! It's just better tire all around than the AT's!

Depends - reports of the wear on the KM2's varies from "good" to "fast". If you don't 'wheel much and money is tight, the AT's are a better investment.

I've heard they wear pretty good. My Mud Rovers lasted me 3 yrs as a DD, lil rougher ride towards the end of their life but not bad and I've only heard the mud rovers wear horribly, and quick. I think ultimately it's a big wash when it comes to name brand Mud Terrains. 3yrs out of any tire is awesome IMO.

As far as value/cost. I picked up these new KM2's for 175 all said n done. $153 a tire before state tax. Tire Rack wants $149 for the same size BFG All-Terrain. $693 shipped to my door. 10 bucks more got me the KM2's locally (4wheelparts in Tacoma, WA). $100 more would get you 35x12.5R15 KM2's... But I'm staying with 33's for reasons i already mentioned.

I'm running the 35's on my '85 and I am in love with them.
Ride SO smooth and even with a bent rim on one corner they balanced fine.

I hate these tires.. they have TO MUCH GRIP!

haha, instead of being kickaround a tree on a trail, the tires gripped the tree and sucked me in...

Where can I find a deal like that up here in Canada?
Jeez. They want $260 CAD a tire. I only save $10 a tire if I use tirerack.com and I have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Grrr.

I still think you are crazy for not running 35s, especially when you SAS.

After as the 32x11.5xr15 KM2's, talk to 874runnerSR5. He's running them, he says they do him well but I'll let him chime in about them.
I have to say, those tires look so beefy on his truck. I'm gonna one up with with the 33's.
