Hey guys,
I'm running a 1991 V6 3.0L Pick-UP(extended cab) and I'm switching from my stock 31x10.5x15's to 33x12.5x15 pretty quick. Just wondering whats the best backspace on a 15x8 rim to have that will involve the least modding/chopping of my truck. That and any other pointers!
Already done all the research just want a few more opinions!

Actually more backspacing is best, stock is 4.75" or so (unless you are running a drop bracket lift kit):
If you can get that much on an 8" rim or better yet, go w/ 33x10.50 and keep your stock rims. Some 33" tire fitting "recipes":
