31's are rubbing

I bought a 1994 toyota pick up v6 4x4 extended cab this winter and plan on using it as a hunting truck. no intentions to lift it just a nice truck to get down some logging roads. i put 15x8 cragars with 4 inch back spacing on the truck with 31x10.5 general at2 to lift it a little and give it a better look. now the problem is the driver side rubs when i turn left. the passenger side clears by a lot when turned to the right. i dont get it..what could be causing this? didnt the sr5 come with 31x10.5 stock from the factory? Also when i fully turn to lock i get this metal on metal sound grind pop sound going in either direction. and i replaced all the tie rods ball joints and shocks in the front and it is aligned.

its the high backspacing wheels. When you turn hard they swing in a wider arc than they would if you had em mounted on stock rims hence the rub.

This is your steering stops.. originally there were plastic caps over a bolt which contacts the lower control arm on the front side. If your truck is like mine, these plastic caps are worn through, broken, and useless.. I get the same noise, on full lock, when the suspension cycles (even slightly)..

My runner makes so many noises, the steering stops barely phase me.. if it bothers you, you can replace the steering stops (I'm sure they're cheap from the dealer), or just don't turn to full lock..
