3 day blitz ....

I had a customer roll in the shop (pre-booked) Tuesday ... to have his 1/4rs replaced .. we discussed the work which includes NO Paint , and shook hands .

Wednesday we rolled the unit in ..
and quickly got the roof removed , and interior out .. and started to remove the steel 1/4rs

not a lot of rust on this unit .. but as I constantly see , rust under the top rail .

that ends the 1st day ..

day 2 Thursday

grinding and cleaning the internal rust , and installing the new fiber 1/4rs

day 3 Friday

glue is cured , and time to put it all back together ..

done and ready for paint .....

yep ... just take a "flap" disc ... and remove some of the paint you dont need it , it just flakes off anyway, around the wheel wells is best . Then make sure you wash it really , really well . By that time you should be ready to hit the beach for that "surfin' " party .. drive the truck , and park close to the ocean . By the time the partys over , rust should be delivered !! and you wont even have to sign for it
