forgot to tell you about it..

Its a 1990 Toyota Pickup 4x4 with the v6 3.0L and a 5 speed manual. All stock, but after market cd player, tinted windows, 31x10.50R15 Bridgestone Duelers with 90 plus tread, bought at Costco last year. Its a 2 owner truck, always garaged, original red paint. Toyota bedliner. It just got the recall done today and they aligned it and I had them do an inspection, oil change, and they washed it.

I was thinking going with a landcruiser or 4 runner if I get rid of it? Do you know if the 1990-95 landcruisers are reliable?

That's a clean rig man! I don't see any interior pics but if your truck was an SR5 it would probably have either factory bucket seats (7way adjustables)with a center console or a 60/40 split bench with an armrest and cloth door panels to match along with a 3 spoke steering wheel. 1990 model year was the last of the regular cab SR5s too so it's even more rare if so. With the V6 it would also come from the factory with ADD hubs rather than manual but those could have been easily swapped out.

No no no. 10 years for the service campaign. They didnt start the campaign recall in '95. They started it in early 2000s, AFAIK.
Same with the steering rod recall. Which covers '89-'95.5 4WD trucks, '90-'95 4runners 2WD & 4WD and '93-'98 T100s 4WD.

OP, Thats a clean, rare truck. Keep it. Not many single cab v6 trucks were produced. Just because it says its an SR5 doesnt mean it has all the bells and whistles. My '95 4runner is an SR5, but has manual locks, windows, basic fabric seats, manual trans, 4 cylinder engine, (had) only rear ABS. But it does have full cluster, rear passenger heat, rear defrost.
