3.0 Valve seats going bad

Ok so I have a 95 3.0 4runner; I got it with 130k on it; never had a head gasket problem. I got the car and it needed a valve job so I bought NEW cylinder heads from Clearwater Cylinder Heads in FL. About 12k later I lost power and found that my exhaust valve seats wore out. The cars never had any problems. It has new injectors; O2s; exhaust; plugs wires etc... I was getting 17 mpg on the hwy with it and it ran great and its all stock. So I had the heads returned and they installed new seats under warranty and now just about 8k later the valve seats are worn out again. Never had any engine codes until I start losing power. Anyone have any idea whats making my valve seats go bad??? The valves are fine (the first time); plugs are not to rich or lean; never had the car over heat; always ran and idled great until I lost compression.
I can think of a few things so far. The NEW heads are just crap; the seats are cheap and soft. Maybe the springs are soft and the valves are bouncing; the cam could be bad/wrong. I dont know what else it could be; the engine now has about 155k on it now; and theres not even a ridge at the top of the piston bore. No exhaust leaks either.

HELP! I cant afford to have my heads rebuilt every 16mths.

:b ang:

question: When you bought the heads, did they come with the cams and valves adjusted?? Incorrectly adjusted valves will wear out fast, and "burn" the seals. Check the top of your engine hood, it will give the valve specs, It sounds like they are WAY out of spec....Just a thought.

The valve seats need to be harder than the valves themselves. I bet they source there seats from a chinese company. Best to do some research and get good powered metal hardened exhaust seats.
