3.0 no spark? help

Hey guys i have a 94 4 runner i just did the hg and now it wont start. I checked for 12 volts at the coil and it has it, i ohm tested the coil and it is in spec. i tried 3 different coils and ignitors and no spark, i changed the dist and still no spark. i put in a new toyota efi relay and checked all fuses and all is good. Please give me some more ideas to try before i burn this thing to the ground. HELP HELP.

Are you positive that you don't have spark? Tell us how you tested it --

I am thinking that its just cranking over and not firing?

- Spark Plug Gap
- Wires (use ohm meter to test resistance as per FSM)
- Do you have all your air cleaner stuff hooked up?
- AFM?
- Are you positive that you have fuel?
- Did you put the rotor in? don't laugh, i have seen it
- Test coil?

Just trying to start at the bottom - if you are positive that spark is the problem, there are only a few things in the circuit, and you have touched on all of them.

i ohm tested the coil wire and it came back fine. All the air cleaner stuff was hooked up and tight. I am sure i have fuel i pulled the line off and fuel came out. The rotor is on. I have 12 volts at the coil, but when i crank it the volts go down to about 10. If i had the timing belt off a tooth would i still get spark? If i have a bad afm would i still get spark? What i dont get is i have 12 volts to the coil and when i crank it i get nothing from the coil wire, i grounded the coil wire and cranked it and nothing. I even tried turning the dist 180 out to see if that was the problem and still the same problem.

Check for signal generation out of the distributor.
