3.0 idle speed at operating temp

Quick question...

What is the ideal idle rpm for a 3VZE at normal
operating temperature?

I can't help but think its lower than the 1100 rpm
mine's pulling off right now

mine sits about 650 - 700 normal, about 800 or so with the A/C on, about 1500 for cold start. I'd check the intake for leaks personally.
