It looks like there would be rubbing on the lower valance if you didn't take it off, but that is easily trimmed.

Hmmm ... of course now you've got me thinking 35x10.5's ... Doubt they make any that get decent life on road though...

But if your gonna wheel those thirty fives will make a difference. 35's as a post whore don't do much good though *grin*

my new 32" goodyear mtrs (put on a week ago) made a big difference -- both visually and ride-wise. much much better. after the new coils/ shocks/tbar crank the 31s looked kinda small and the rubber was toast anyhow.

gotta go take some pics and i will post follow-up.

I think there's plenty of that already around the fenders...12 yrs in Ohio salt has that effect.

My 33x10.5s with 4" back spaced rims and NO lift...
The only rubbing i had (on pavement) was on the lower valance.

I had to have the front and back of the rear fender cut out, and the front of the front fender. And then even after I went to Moab I had to have it re-done because my front tires were self siping on the fender that was not cut enough.

(See self siping below)

Now The reason I think I had to have more cut was because I have rear coils and some pretty good articulation....
