2nd Gen 4Runner ARB Bull Bar light options
Hey guys,
I just ordered my ARB Winch Bull bar and Warn M8000 and now I'm looking for some off-road lights to go with it!
I'm looking for a set of fairly big lights (7-9" round) of high quality that will really help me light up the trails. If you have any pics of lights you used on your ARB then please post them up! I'd really like to get the lights ordered now so I have them while I'm installing the bumper, rather than shopping around afterwards. Thanks!

If you want high quality just go with HID lights (I like the KC's) since they arent high wattage and dont draw much electrical current from your battery/alt. Theyre also white and clearer light as opposed to the yellow appearance

I have PIAA 520 ATP's on mine. You could not fit anything much bigger on the ARB Bull Bar with the M8000 control box. The ATP pattern is a compromise between a fog and a driving light. I have mine hooked up in my high beam circuit so that they only turn on with the lights on high beam. I use them this way on road (perfectly legal in CA), they are really nice on the road and light up the world on trails.
Before I upgraded to 100/90 W H4 bulbs in a Hella H4 housing for the headlights, they were a huge improvment over the stock headlights. Now that I have the H4's in there, not as big of contrast when you turn them on, but damn, the combo throws some serious light down the road.
Sorry, no current pics on hand of the PIAA's on my bumper.

Thanks for the input guys, I decided to go with the PIAA 520 ATP's after, they are a great looking light. OutlawMike did you need to do anything special to mount the lights on the bar, or was there existing holes that worked with the mounting hardware of the lights?

Nothing special at all, they bolted right in. Wiring them in is more work than mounting them. A very easy mod. The hardest part was finding the wiring in the steering column that is for the high beams so I could trigger them with that wire.
