22ret with blow by?
1986 extra cab pickup. compression is 145 on each cyl, i replaced the pcv valve to. its not to much blow by but enough to make it leak. i have replaced EVERY gasket and seal on this motor. rear main, oil pan, timing chain cover, cover gaskets, front main, valve cover and half moon things. i dont understand how im getting blow by with 145 psi! im wondering if there is something im missing? ive changed plugs, wires cap and rotor to. i know the turbo probly has bad seals cause it smokes and there is a lil oil in the turbo / intake tube. i have done alot of other work to the truck like turned it into 4x4,sas, elocker rear ect so i dont want to didtch the project. if i have to do rings i will but if any one has had this problem or fixed it some how or even have an idea let me know! thanks.

CT-20 = POS.
It's quite common to lose oil seals on them.
My rules for the CT20 are as follows; NEVER spend ANY money on them!
Search for the CT26 (from a 7MGTE) upgrade on the RTE forums.

My guess is the oil seal is bad in yer Turdblo... So... I would be worried about that.
Mine is leaking. I can take off the supply line and see it pooled in the turbo intake.

id check your oil drain galleries in the head, thats how the blow-by gases are supposed to rise up and go through the PCV. if they are clogged or slightly clogged the oil trying to run back down to the pan will go but it wont let the gases rise.
