So I pulled the vacuum line off the fpr while the engine was off and fuel came out? I'm assuming the diaphragm is bad?

So did you ever figure out your problem? Having some rich problems on my 87 and I can't pass emissions for the life of me! Got my CO's down half of where they were at but they are still double the limit and I am looking for some ideas of where to start so i was curious if you fixed yours!
