22re idle speed?

On my truck i've been trying to figure a way to get the idle back to normal without manualy screwing it down. I've been told not to adjs idle on fuel injected vehicles and that if the idles wrong something is wrong with the car. It idles at about 1000-1100 and i know its a tad high. It used to idle at 850-950. It has no vac leaks or fuel leaks. Fuel pressure is good. I've never adjs the idle and the truck has been in family since showroom floor. My dad owned it for 20 years then i got it the other 3. It has a new full tune-up new oil and among other new parts. I just recently sea foamed it which i highly recommend to anyone whos never done it. It works great made the truck run and drive better. but since i sea foamed it the idle has gone up to 1100 and thats a bit too high i want it where it was at 850 or the factory 750. somehwere in that ball part. I tried cleaning the throttle plate and joints but no change. It was sticking but now it doesnot since cleaning.

What you're supposed to do is adjust the idle, then adjust the timing and keep doing that until you get it right.
