22re Idle help (1993 pickup)
Just put in a new long block. I put in a Supra AFM and blocked off the EGR while I was at it.
I can't seem to get the truck to idle normally when warm. It idles fine when it's cold, and it idles fine with the AC turned on, but when it's warm with the AC off the idle drops to about 500rpm. Turning out the idle adjustment screw does nothing. Any ideas?
Other than the idle, the truck is running better than it ever has as long as I've owned it. Bring on the next 250k miles.

It seems to be fixing itself. Crazy, I know, but with about 100 miles on the new motor, it's idling just a tick below where it should be with no adjustments made on my part.
As it breaks in, it just keeps getting better.
