My engine idle suddenly jumped to 2000rpm. I turned down the idle,,almost closed to get down to 1500 rpm…so we know the problem no solved.
the pcv grommet looked sketchy and since no grommet handy I switched my valve cover with my spare which had a good grommet. PCV is ok…
update is I replaced the Idle Air Control valve with part from my spare engine. Idles properly now
