22re Engine troubles

I checked all the connections and all look good I dont have anything to check the codes with.

I got a code reader and it give me a code 51. Now I got it running but as soon as u let off the gas it dies. As soon as it gets a little warm it just want to spit and sputter and doesn't want to run at all.
