22re doesnt start rain..
when i got outside and its raining and my runner hasnt been started in a while it wont start.. unless i put a heater on it to dry it or wait till the sun comes out...
whats the deal??
i used to think it was a cold issue but it has been doing it with warmer temps and also i jumped the cold start injector and that didnt help..
also i have to hold the pedal to the floor and it might cough... keep cranking and it might catch slowly then if i give it enough gas or drop it in gear i can get it going but then i get mucho gas out the tail pipe...
distributor looks good?

moistures getting somewhere and messing something up
from what you've described it sounds as if its getting very weak spark. Floods out, and when you hold it to the floor you clear it out, go down the road, runs rich, you get the idea.
I'd start with new plugs/wires/cap/rotor if you haven't already. If thats new you're probably looking at a coil or ignitor.

i should have my trail rig running this weekend so i can drive it around break in the new clutch and try and fix the dd... annoying going to leave to go to work and your truck wont start..
also if i try and start it too much the starter will just click until i let it cool off?
