You can go up to 94mm, which I believe is .080. Note, not all engines will take this bore, so you have to be careful...
I'd say up to 93.5mm - .060 is fine... After that, you have to be careful.

Stock bore is 92mm, if you are at .5mm (92.5mm), I would say to go 93mm but you can go 94mm. Sometimes odd sizes are hard to find depending on what you are looking for.

Generally, you can get .5mm sizes or .020 over... Beyond .040 over, you may have to look hard.
I'm at 93.5mm, absolutely no problems on a forced induction motor... Course, I don't have a lot of miles either.
My supercharged rig was 93mm .040 - no problems either.
LC does an overbored/stroked turbo motor at 94mm - .080 over - but I don't think all blocks make the grade.
