How long has it been in the truck?
How long have you had the problem?
What did you do when you were tuning it after installation?
Where are you elevation wise?
Do you have a fuel pressure regulator?
Your location is helpful so it would help if you had it in your profile. And, put your vehicle info on you

It's been in the truck for about a week with new lce adapter
yes I have fuel reg and fuel pressure guage currently set to 3psi
set timing to 5 degrees and advance
followed redline tuning procedure
fuel idle is screwed out 2 turns
Fast idile screwed in13/4
located Vancouver bc canada so sea level
the truck itself is a 1984 4 x 4 reg cab long box 5-speed with 22R power plant. Did call Redline asked them they suggested adavanceing the timing a bit and see how it feels

I'm getting a picture of the situation . . .
One reason we like the vehicle info in the signature line is it doesn't go back in time unexpectedly. Put whichever vehicle info you are working on there so people here can help.
One other question - have you made any modifications, besides the Weber, to whichever truck you have?

confirm full throttle opening by having someone else operate the throttle while you look(engine off)
look for any unplugged vac tubes, possibly off the secondary barrel.

Along with the other suggestions here, ditch that fuel regulator. I used the same one a while back and it does not work right. I purchased a Holley regulator and never had problems with it after that. It seemed to not be supplying enough gpm to keep up the weber.
