22 re engine problems

I just got done swapping engines in my truck and about a month ago my truck blew a spark plug out the head, we redrilled it and put that thing so you can put the factory plug back in and sence then it has had a miss at about 2500 rpm and up, I am going throu at least 1 spark plug a week(just in that cylender). I have done a full tune up in it. I am getting ready to go to gollege at the end of this month so if anyone has any ideas on what this could be PLEASE shoot me a email, my email address is (themudmonster09@yahoo.com)
Thanks

What is happening to the plug? Is it burning up? Fouling up?

It is melting the electrode and making the porcelain come loose in the plug itself>
