That thing looks sick. If it had an enclosed cabin I would be all over that for a dd (im completely unconventional btw )

So what all is toyota on there? I see the steering column and suspension looks like it.

 

I use the Toyota motor and trans...all rebuilt, marlin and engine builder parts, Frame and suspension, and the column, rest is all me. Keep in mind this is a new truck, not a use toyota with some cool metal work done. These have gears installed, total chaos upgrades on steering and ball joints, and so on. The main reasons I use Toyota's frame is for liability, I don't have to have my own crash tests done on the frame Toyota already did that, and for safety standards...by using their frame, my safety requirements fall under the year of the frame. If I build my own, and it is licensed and put on the street as a 2008, I fall in 2008 safety standards, meaning it has to have air bags. I don't think I want to go there yet...LOL!

Yes I have, and they do quiet well, they are for trails, this was not built to be a rock crawler. I am building so for Arizona next, and they are the same, only with the Pit Bull Rocker tires. That is going to be a mean pair of trucks.

how can you build a IFS rock buggy?! i still dont get this. i mean if your able to sell them more power to you, but why would anyone buy a buggy thats nothing more then a tube and sheet metal cage on an slightly mod'ed toyota.

 

Its not built for rock crawling.

If youd actually look at the pictures youd see that it isnt a rock buggy, thats a trail rig holms... It nice to see someone do something different.. I soo sick of this rock crawling hype bs.. rock crawling is for babies!!! <----- its a DVD... lol
