2 things: Lift plans... and in need of pictures

Can someone give me some pics of a stock height pickup with 15x8 wheels 3.75 backspacing?

I'm getting these Procomp wheels and will be running 31x10.50 mudders.

As for the lift...

The Downey economy lift (Torsion bars, 2" rear springs)

And then the wabfab front IFS lift...

When I put the lift on, I plan on running 32x11.50 mudders....

This is the 90873947th time i've change my lift idea.... and i think this may be a really good system.

thoughts?

IIRC you should be able to run the 32 x 11.5 without a lift

Old truck at stock height running 235/75/R15's (29")

As for lift, I just cranked the torsions a bit, but you have to get the front end aligned if you do the same. I'd run some ball joint spacers and crank the torsions as well as your 2" lift springs, and it should give you a nice even 2" lift. As far as wider tires I can't really help you there.

I wouldn't do the downey torsion bars unless you're planning on adding a heavy front bumper- the ride will be too rough without some extra weight up there. If the stock bars are too soft for your liking, put shocks up front with higher rate jounce dampening, that way you won't lose some of your flex.

+1 on BJ spacers. And if the AAL's aren't enough to level the rear with the front, extended shackles from procomp or 4crawler. 4crawler can work with you to figure out what you need for shackle length.

31's should fit without a lift at all. 32's won't require much of a lift, since they're only ~1/2" larger radius.

I've also heard that the Downey torsion bars are super stiff.

I vote for going with the BJ spacers. Get them from 4crawler. The man know his stuff!
