ok so i have a 1990 4runner and no matter where i look all i can find are 4 doors...ive had my runner for a year and a half and ive seen only 1 other 2 door...you google 1990 toyota 4runner for pics and all i get are 4 doors....is my truck even more messed up than i thought that they only made these few of a 2 door 4 runner? if you know where i can find pics i would liek it...i am trying to sell it and have no way of getting pics on the comp of it...she's a 1990 4runner, 2 door 4wd capable, grey

You should have no problem selling it is they ar a bit rare---so long as it is in good shapre

 

It is quite rare. The US Govt imposed a ban on the import of 2-door SUVs in an attempt to bolster the flagging sales of US automakers. That's why there aren't more of them. Take care of it.

they did however import some to canada.. i remember in an old thread someone in canada said they had one and knew other canadians who owned them

 

ya seen the links to canadian ones. ive only seen (or heard of) a handfull in the US.

there was a nice cherry one not to long ago that needed a 3vze (imigine that!) i would have so bought it but it was like forever and a day away and im up to my eyeballs in projects as it is....

Use the search, as everyone will tell you, and check the date of the last post before posting up. It usually breaks out the sarcastic side of everyone. (FREE CANDY!!)

But there is alot of cool, knowledgable people here that have no problems helping you out as long as you tried to search for the answer yourself.

my friend owns a 2door 91 runner he is on here too and there are two 2 door runners in vancouver B.C. for sale on craigslist rightnow. one is 22re other is 3.slow and i want them sooooooo bad haha
