1994SR5 4X4 3.0 V6 Issues

I have a 1994 sr5 3.0 V6 ext cab 4x4 Automatic Need some advice, recently my water pump let go I understand best way of doing job is replace both Pump/Timing Belt/Gears. This is 2nd motor to me its a little too quick to develop a water pump problem after 3 yrs . It developed a very slow leak near bottom, once it warmed up it stopped I was told sooner or later it was going to just let go. Well later has arrived. My questions are: What brand of water pump/timing kit best to get, at a fair price . The mechanic is charging me 300.00 labor I purchases parts. I have no problem with the labor cost. I am a backyard mechanic and I will not screw with something I know nothing about, I can replace a water pump but not this one. Anyways this truck also needs 2 frount axels, shocks, and some rear springs ass end is saggy the body is in fair condition bed has some dents I can live with and some rust otherwise frame is great and cab area ect.is in good condition. I have had it for 8yrs. The truck itself has 288,000 mi on it motor approx. 135,000. Is this truck worth investing anymore into it? already sunk in 1,600.00 on this motor and installation I don't mind the water pump repair cost it is what it is, But... since these motors have headgasket issues that's what the sticking issue is with me I don't want to spend this money then a yr or so later the headgasket blows Any input will be much appreciated Thanks Jon

AISIN water pump. The rest of the parts...doesn't matter.

Put it out to pasture? You'll take my Toyotas when you pry them from my cold dead hands. I don't care what condition they're in. They're mine and you can't have them. But what you do is your deal.

I've replaced a water pump on a 3VZ-E in less than an hour. Yes...I am that good. But my point is it really isn't that hard
