Trying to make sense of this.
What is your battery voltage?
Are the cable ends dirty?

As stated it's hard to understand. Does it not want to take a jump? Can you share a video?

Cable ends have been cleaned many many many times when hooked up to jumper cables very little power tracked threw anything it's like a flashlight where the battery is about to die where it's just not enough to power and that was with the street that's in and the battery out of my 87

Do your lights and wipers work normally or are they lacking power as well?

Put your battery on a charger for a while and either test the voltage (might tell you something) or take it to a parts store and have them load test it (will tell you for sure if it's good). You could also take the battery out of whatever you are trying to jump start it with and try it in your truck. Sometimes a bad battery won't even take a jump start.

I've seen cheap jumper cables cause the same problem. You try and jump it and the cables just get hot. Agreed test battery first. Lights and wipers were working ok you problem is likely the battery or wiring. In rare cases I've seen a starter pull to much restance and cause this issue as well.

Sounds like you shorted something out. Have you checked your fuses?

Did you check the ALT fuse? It can blow in a short like this. Here is a pick of a fuse panel I have laying around.

That's no big deal. I have popped the cover off them at work and stuck a pocket screwdriver in the bad fuse just so I could start it and drive it in the shop.

I hope it's the amount of that limit the amount of power that's traveling everything

After trying to translate these posts, between the 1987 pickup and 1994 Four Runner it still seems like both batteries are not at the proper voltage to start it.
Is there any possible way you can measure the voltage?

Ya, that was a week ago it was tested.
I'm sure their has been a some strain put on that battery since then, which is why you need to check the voltage 12.6 volts or more.

Okay,
After 18 posts we have gotten nowhere,
Sorry, wish I could be of more help.

When you figure out what's wrong and fix it, please post what it was
so others on this forum may benefit.
