1993pu 3vz timing issue
Recently got my heads and block back from the machine shop my crank is at TDC also my driver side cam gear is at TDC, but the passenger side is off... Help?

By a whole tooth? Is the tensioner on? (Are you using a new timing belt?)
If you take enough off the block or head, it can affect the alignment between the crank and cams, but not by a lot. But the distance between the cams is fixed, and the since the upper idler pulley is also fixed to the head, it is hard for me to imagine how any machining could change that distance. So whatever is going on with the crank, once tension is set the alignment between the cams should always be correct (unless you're off by one whole tooth).
