1991 Toyota pickup

Toyota pickup was driven, parked overnight, then won't start the next day. It won't turn over, click, turn dash lights on, nothing. There's power to the cab. Power under the hood. The battery is charged, the cables are cleaned, replaced, and tightened. Fuses/relays are good, starter is good, key and tumbler replaced. Even after all of that, the pickup still won't start. Maybe a fusible link? Any suggestions?

when you say starter is good.

what do you do to know that ?
Did you try to bypass the signal from the key switch ?
