Are you sure you have the correct part numbers?
This site http://parts.lakelandtoyota.com/show...rimLevel=18292 suggests you want 32921-35140 and 32922-35250 .
For that matter, is there any reason you can't make these yourself? I've made brake lines before (this may be larger diameter, but I assume you have the old ones to measure). I was able to borrow the tube bender and the double-flare tool from Autozone.

part numbers are from toyota with vin#
looks like ill be making new lines, 3/8 inch 72 inch long with 5/8 bolts,
ill cut the line then add the 3/8 line to m16 x 1.5 fitting.
i hope the m16 x 1.5 flare nut fits the transmission.
i was surprised to see a fitting thats for a 3/8 inch tube to metric m16x1.5
