1991 4runner motor

I need to find a cheap motor for my 4runner. the rods knocking and the trucks just sitting untill i can get it fix.

Give www.orientengine.com a shot. I don't know if $2k plus core charge is too much but they're awesome!

You'll find that a quality re-man 3VZ-E will be pretty pricey. That was part of the reason that I chose to go with a 5VZ-FE from a Taco. It is a pretty easy conversion, and it is a significantly better engine for our trucks and Runners.

Read the Engine swap section, and see for yourself. The price ranges are all over, depending on time, money and individual skills. I love having it in my truck!
