1990 22RE erratic idle

Its a 22RE, it starts and is driveable. I do have room in my driveway for it. If I get it I'm just gonna swap all of my good body parts over to the 94.
Are the fenders between 90-94 the same? Also will my bed fit?
As for my idle, what about the idle air control or some such. That could cause my idle surge right?
