The important thing is to find one that matches what signal your gauge is looking to see.Then it is possible to go after market betting a matched gauge and sending unit.
That is my plan if I decide to fix my non working fuel gauge I am to the point of not having one it is no big deal just fill up every 125 miles or so.

I fill mine at 150. Cost me $13 too fill it up too
