after failing to secure a cross-over pipe for a 3.0 to 3.4 swap, my friend convinced me to remount the 3.0 so I cold drive it in the anticipated move. However, due to his emergency we could not finish the work, so I am stuck doing finishing it myself.
I have been trying to identify some missing connectors. In the first picture, the upper left circle identifies a wire without a connector, and the circle below left identifies a - what I believe - is a mating portion of the connector. The middle right circle identifies a (broken?) connector, which I have no idea where to connect it.
The second picture, the upper left circle identifies a cable split from the main harness with two existing connectors - a circle below and to the right, and a broken shell of another connector - upper right.
If anyone could identify these connectors, so that I can purchase them, I would appreciate it.
On a different note, I am afraid that the task to complete the installation will be above my abilities, so I was wondering if someone would know a reliable mechanic in San Diego, Escondido, Temecula, area.

how does your question relates to the issue of the thread?
In order not to sound disrespectful, since I do not have any rust issue I cannot answer your question.
There was an older yotatech post about identifying these exact plugs. I'll quote or link it if I can here. They post images and everything.
I can tell you for sure that the automatics have one extra sensor for telling the transmission control module when to allow for overdrive. After that I am sure they identify the rest in the old post. For finding old plugs and conectors I have always used ebay. Don't stick to just searching for pigtails from toyotas as well. For example our air flow meter uses the same plug as the ones on first gen miatas. Not sure if there are remanufactures available for the majority of plugs on these though. Good lucl .
