Breaking in the car atm and no leak after all the air bubbles were stuck in the system. Can i delete the vsv piece that sits on top of the valve cover. The vacuum line that goes from the Fpr to the intake or dose it run to the vsv then the intake then. Thats after i deleted the egr. Got a stainless steel exhaust on it and it sounds great to with a magnaflow on it.
A before and after shot.
I did it about 3 months ago and haven't noticed any difference.
From the explanation I read by 4crawler, normally as you accelerate the vac pressure in the intake raises, it activates the VSV, then applies vacuum to the FPR. Without it, same thing but the intake vacuum directly activates the FPR as the pressure raises. The VSV is supposed to help some hot start problem I believe, but like I said, haven't had an issue.
Update: Motor runs great has good power. Does anyone know if the trail gear swap for rear rotor conversion will work for the stock 15 inch wheels, i do not want to run spacers.
Axle came back from the shop painted and got all my new seals and bearings also. Cant get the bearings out of the axles so i sent it to a shop. Also the diff is getting checked out also. I was curious about getting a LSD if they make on for these vehicles.
