I just picked up a 1986 4runner with a blue interior and was wondering if any new the best color match for restoration

I have been searching forum and cannot find any color codes,

I know there are several write ups on it here. Not sure if I have seen a blue one yet. But everything I have seen so far the colors have been spot on.

Was looking to see if anyone already painted there interior with SEM color so I don't have to waste 80 bucks buying all the blues

I do not remember seeing a blue interior paint match post yet, just greys and I think one brown.

Maybe forum member Terrys87 has a post on blue interior color match in one of his restorations??

If no one else here knows and you happen to find one to match the blue interior, please post up!

For reference, The SEM interior gray color I used was $25 /can at my local auto body supply store and 1 can easily did my rear interior panels.

That blue is very dark looking to me, I don't think it will match without recoloring faded parts which will make the fabric stand out as lighter blue.

Definitely try the SEM customer care or tech support. You can order thier printed catalog from the website.

Fwiw, some of the grey panels have a blue core. No they weren't done by a PO they have the grey color code in the molded in part number.

thanks for the info, I have a full blue turbo interior, i'll take some pictures of it some of the blue parts are dark
