32/36 Weber carb swap on 22r
Why does this block plate have a hole that a threaded nipple is supposed to go through? Am I just supposed to cap the nipple? As far as I can tell I'm supposed to block this off completely for this conversion.

 

If I'm remembering correctly, that goes on the intake manifold and is for the vac line to your brake booster.
It's been a really long time though, so my response could be completely wrong.
