windshield wiper...

this is a pretty stupid questinon but its killin me. i put some windshield wiper fluid in my truck (95) about a month ago. used it once that day. then i went to use it the next day and nothin happened i just heard the motor. so i go to put more in it yesterday and i look and its all pourin outta this drain or somethin. so my questoin is is there a drain or somethin on the bottom of the thing that holds the fluid? its on the right side of the thing that holds it if your lookin at the grill. thankye

Typically no drain in the reservoir. Sounds like it may either have a hole in it (new tank) or the pump itself is shot and leaking (new washer pump).

thats what i was thinkin, but i can see where its comin out and its a hole thats supposed to be there. unless theres a missing hose. but the ones that connect it to the wipers is fine, this is on the bottom
