Santa Made an Early Visit

Sorry! I know this is not the first time everyone has seen a new motor, but I still had to show it off.

TCR Automotive and Performance, in Tucson. It cost me $2600.00.

By reading some post, some would say there are cheaper alternatives, but I am happy with this deal for several reasons:

1. His shop is in the local area. A very important reason for someone like me who has never installed a motor before. He has already answered a ton of questions for me.

2. His shop was clean and as orderly as can be. This is always important to me no matter where I take my business to.

3. He was a very nice guy and appeared to be very meticulous about his work. At times, he even talked me out of spending more money on parts that I wanted, but did not need.

Wabbit,

I find it ironic that I received a reply from you on this, as this rebuild depleted my Wabbit fund. A blown head gasket helped me make that decision.

Not to worry, I will be sending an order to you as soon as the funds build back up.

You had me at the socks, but I don't think my wife would let me trade.

He installed a cam from a company called Web Cam. My invoice list the cam as “Grind #: 94a.” Check the Web Cam web site, www.webcamshafts.com, for information/timing card on this item.
