Will a wheel alignment fix it?

Will a wheel alignment fix it?
I get this damn vibration when doing around 60mph in my 22r SAS truck.. The wheel alignment is messed up with the steering wheel nearly sideways to the right...
The vibrations there with the clutch in and out, and I've not long ago had the clutch, center support bearing, rear axle and uni joints done...
When I jump on the brakes it feels like the trucks going to flip sideways to the left..
Just wondering how new tyres and a wheel alignment would help?
Thanks

If at a certain speed I'd say it is your tires out of balance. An alignment on a SFA truck is easy so DIY. Your steering wheel is just off from where you did the SAS and you need to center the wheels and steering box then pull the steering shaft and center the steering wheel. Might take a couple tries as you can get a spline or three off easily.
