What's it worth

Alright guys I'm building my truck and planning on selling it soon after the build because I have to many trucks. I'm just wondering what kind of $$$ I can expect to get out of it once done, the truck is an 85 single cab with a custom flat bet and 5speed manual, spooled rear, SAS front axle with clean title. here's a list of parts going into it.
-Dual Row timing chain upgrade
-0.50 piston and ring set
-75lb valve spring set
-Stainless steel freeze plugs
-King Engine bearing kit
-1mm oversized stainless steel valve set
-Valve spring retainers and machined keepers
-New cylinder head
-ARP head stud kit
-OEM head gasket
-All new seals
-New radiator

Built rigs tend to go for leas than stock rigs in my experience. Unless you find the person looking for that exact build.
